I can help. I offer scar tissue massage, adaptive yoga, breath work, and guided meditation designed specifically for people recovering from traumatic injuries or surgery.
No two scars are the same and as a certified Restore Scar Specialist and ScarWork™ practitioner, I provide treatments tailored to you that can help with scar colour, sensitivity and texture.
